Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Societal CDMO, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware that Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) was closed on March 10, 2023 by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as receiver. The Company informs its investors that it does not hold cash deposits or securities with SVB.
